An eagle's eye sight becomes focused with distance. The eagle soars higher and higher while hunting for prey. Maybe our problems could unravel more easily implementing this same strategy of distance. Humans often take the opposite approach, overworking a problem in our minds. Although, 'fraught with worry' never solved anything.
Given time and space, many problems will resolve on their own. Sometimes simply getting out of our environment (a weekend or a mid-week escape) for a few days is enough to give space for clarity. I often tell clients, when they get on the table for a massage, that if they can allow themselves an hour to focus on their breathing, keeping their awareness on the space between my hands, that they are allowing themselves a temporary respite from their current 'to do' list or worries. Usually, the situation is not different at the end of the hour, but their capacity to handle the situation is different. They experience a shift in perception, see things from a different angle, and solutions become evident.
