We explored supporting yourself for personal growth and renewal in my Release & Flow Yoga class this past Wednesday morning. Fear keeps us stuck in impatience and judgment that limits our joy, growth and renewal. The present is where we find forgiveness and compassion that opens us up to infinite possibilities. Release impatience and judgment and move into forgiveness and compassion.
Once we have nurtured our own self love, then we can send it out into the world. How can you create more time for your own self care? -forward by Cindy Caperton. Cindy teaches Release & Flow Yoga on Wednesdays & Fridays at 9am, Yoga Bliss workshops, and private sessions.
Shift out of physical and emotional restrictions through Yoga Bliss Sundays at 3p on 7/17, 7/24 and 7/31. With gentle movement, long holds, restorative poses, and massage ballwork you will relax and reset to create ease of body and mind.
Be empowered by learning self-care tools for long-term wellness through MELT Method: Intro to Self-Care on Sunday 7/17 at 1:30p. With MELT soft and hard balls, you will create a healing ritual that will alleviate pain and explore healing from the ground up. Add MELT into your life to relieve your aches and pains.

Be a light in the darkness. Shine your light of love and compassion on your neighbor, your community, your hometown. MoveStudio will donate 10% of all Single drop-in and Class Pass sales during the month of July to the Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation. The Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation assists the families of police officers killed or seriously injured in the line-of-duty. May they find some comfort and peace through the support of our community

Treat yourself to an evening of deep relaxation. This event will include mindful yoga and breathing to open your body and mind. Let's release unnecessary tension, allowing your body to function in a more natural, relaxed state, enhancing its ability to heal.
We will transition seamlessly from yoga into an extended lying-down sound relaxation/meditation accompanied by ancient Tibetan Bowls. The sound vibrations of the bowls will wash away any worries and concerns, leaving you feeling light, clear, peaceful, and refreshed.

Check out this fusion of slow flow yoga and massage ball work, this unique class combines long holds of invigorating, meditative flow linked by the breath.
