You can be free, it's time to move on.  It's not always necessary to rehash your past in order to move beyond it. We do not need to keep reminding ourselves of the things that didn't work out so well.  Free yourself from the things of your past, the people in your present and the events that surround your heartache.  It is in the NOW that you will find peace. If you can keep your ego checked at the door and your mind in the present, today, can be a good day. Move on. Stop carrying so much on your shoulders.  Choose wisely and practice being present, both, will bring you freedom to experience joy.

 Improve posture, flexibility, coordination, athletic and artistic ability and perhaps help those with restricted movement, chronic pain and tension (including back pain and other common ailments). 

  
 Combine guided attention and pleasant, purposeful movement. Unlike traditional exercise, where movements can become mechanical and the objective is to burn calories, this class teaches you the secrets to reducing unnecessary muscular effort and improve your awareness of your whole self in action.
 Bellydance Series

Develop strength, grace, and fluidity while you explore this beautiful art form! Learn basic bellydance postures, movements, steps, and combinations along with a short choreography.

 

Or, join us for the upper level Odyssey series learn finger cymbal technique and patterns, create hypnotic effects, drill footwork and new steps, and learn how to combine movement into fun, danceable combinations.
