Dear Friend,
It doesn't really matter how, who, what, where, and when...all that matters at the end of the day is that you are NICE to yourself. When you treat yourself with kindness, love, and compassion, all else will fall into place. Love yourself more than material things, more than your addictions and more than you think you deserve. Perhaps you've never known love, so loving yourself is a hard thing to do, but you've got to start somewhere. Love yourself like you'd love the perfect lover. Give yourself some attention, spend some quality time with yourself and show yourself some respect. Be nice, give yourself a break and love will flow you through you and back.
