Some forms on Lakewood website down Friday May 6
Website maintenance alert for Friday, May 6

On Friday, May 6, from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., some of the forms on our website will be unavailable due to a time-sensitive maintenance issue.

We at the City of Lakewood apologize for the short notice on this.

These online forms include service requests, parking permit requests, payment of parking citations, and the recreation class registration page. The Lakewood website itself will remain functional in terms of providing information on Friday.

We expect the full system to be back up and functioning by early evening on Friday, May 6.

Although City Hall will be closed as part of its alternating Friday schedule, residents can still get help in the following ways:
  • For emergency city service requests, like downed tree limbs or water main leaks, please phone 562-866-9771 and follow the recorded instructions to page a Lakewood city emergency staff member.
  • For a public safety emergency, always call 9-1-1. And for non-emergency law enforcement matters, you can call the Lakewood Sheriff's Station business line 24 hours at 562-623-3500.
  • If you would like to obtain an RV/Trailer permit, you can contact the Lakewood Sheriff's Safety Center at 562-623-3583.
  • For questions or requests regarding trash and disposal services, you may contact EDCO Disposal at 562-531-3054.
  • For a non-emergency service request, you can call Lakewood staff at 562-866-9771 extension 2140, even during non-business hours and leave a message that will be acted on the next business day.

For Friday during the maintenance time, do not email a non-emergency request to Service1@lakewoodcity.org or use the Service Request form. But you may do so starting again Friday evening.

Again, we at the City of Lakewood apologize for the inconvenience of this time-sensitive maintenance issue.
