Lakewood CityTV has just put its classic drought documentary "Drip by Drip" online. Fashioned by senior producer Bob Sykes in drought-ridden 1990, the program is even more relevant today. "The show makes the case that all Californians need to appreciate that we live in a very arid place. It really underscores the issue that we're again deep into drought today in 2015," said Sykes.
