Battle Over Food Stamps Highlights Polarizing Rift

Debate is heating up as states adopt federal rules that able-bodied people without children must work or loose food stamp benefits. Georgia enacted the rules in January for three counties and reached its first deadline April 1. 
Already the number of food stamp recipients in these three counties has been cut in half.
