The San Juan Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)
volunteer program is recruiting people interested in helping children who have been the victims of abuse and neglect. CASA's mission is to support effective volunteer advocacy for the best interests of abused and neglected children and to assist in helping a child to reach a safe and permanent home.
