Safety Courses for Outdoor Activities
safety

With the warmer weather here and summer just around the corner, units are engaged in a variety of outdoor activities.  The National BSA has courses that help you plan safe outdoor activities for your unit.  They are based upon the activity you are engaged in. All courses can be found online at www.myscouting.org or can be taken as an instructor lead class; most often at summer camp.  All courses have a two year certification date on them so be sure that you are current with the course.
