Dear Choir,

Thanks to those of you who sang so beautifully for Paul Bugge's Memorial Service! We received many, many lovely compliments.

We're off to a great start this year! Please help me out by filling out the Doodle Poll below to the best of your ability. You can always make changes at a later date.

Please note that the call for tomorrow morning, September 11, is 9:15 for the single 10 a.m. morning service.

We're singing "Lay Me Low" in the Shaker Songs and "There's a Wideness in God's Mercy." Charmian is singing the very beautiful solo "Marvellous Error" by Paul Halley - one of my all-time favorites.

Doodle Poll: Attendance for the 2016-2017 season

Here it is: the much anticipated Doodle Poll that includes all the dates for the season.

Before you click on the above link, please take note of a few things.

I've already added everyone's name to the list in alphabetical order, so please find your name and edit what's already there.
If the times look odd to you, it's because I've put in the call times through the expected ends of each service (i.e. 10:30-12:30 for the 11:15 service).
Read carefully - I have put options for both the 9:00 & 11:15 services for each Sunday. Be sure you select "yes" for the service you normally sing at.
You can select "If need be" if you're on the fence about being at particular rehearsal or service.
If you're unsure what event is happening on a certain date, check the Chancel Choir Dates list at the bottom of this message.
You don't have to finish the entire season of dates all at once. You could just go through the end of this calendar year, for example, and then update the rest come December.
Be sure to click "save" all the way to the right before you leave the page! Use the scroll bar at the bottom to move all the way to June to see where you save your selections.

Thank you for taking the time to do this. It makes it so much easier for me to see who said they'd be here for a given rehearsal or service!
