Give rest, O Christ, to your servant with your saints, where sorrow and pain are no more, neither sighing, but life everlasting.

Let us pray for all who mourn, that they may cast all their care on our loving God, know the faithfulness of their Redeemer, and find solace in the divine compassion.

Pastoral News
Friends,

It is with great sadness that we write to you with the news of the death of Tom Price. He passed away from brain cancer in late June. A memorial service will be held tomorrow at 1:00 pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2701 Cameron Mills Road, Alexandria, VA (the church where Tom, Kathy, and their family were very much involved for many years). If you would like to send Kathy and their children a note of consolation, please mail to: 1530 R Street NW, Washington DC, 20009.

Tom asked that in lieu of flowers or gifts you would please consider contributing to one of these charities:

1. Project Lead the Way (PLTW): a nonprofit organization that provides transformative learning experiences for K-12 students and teachers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). www.pltw.org.

2. Advanced Brain Cancer Cure (ABC2): an organization focused on speeding the discovery of a cure for brain cancer by applying an aggressive, venture funding approach not typically seen in the nonprofit sector. www.abc2.org
To donate, please visit http://events.abc2.org/goto/TomPrice

Please keep Kathy, Jason, Connor, Addie and all those who are mourning Tom in your prayers.

Faithfully,

Justi and Michele
