Give rest, O Christ, to your servant with your saints, where sorrow and pain are no more, neither sighing, but life everlasting.

Let us pray for all who mourn, that they may cast all their care on our loving God, know the faithfulness of their Redeemer, and find solace in the divine compassion.

Pastoral News from St. Mark's

Dear Ones:

It is with great sadness we write to inform you of the death of Mona Alcazar. She had been suffering from lung cancer for over a year.

Right now we plan on holding a service in celebration of Mona's life this Saturday, February 20. No further details are available at this time, but we provide more information to the community when we can.

Father of all, we pray to you for Mona, and for all those whom

we love but see no longer. Grant to them eternal rest. Let

light perpetual shine upon them. May her soul and the souls

of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Amen.

Please keep all of Mona's family, including Mona's wife, parishioner Nancy Bates, in your prayers.
