This Sunday is our monthly Family Eucharist at the 9am service! Michele will offer a special Children's Reflection, and St. Mark's youth are invited to sign up to be a reader, acolyte, lay server or greeter for the service. Contact Michele Rivard for more information. See you there! |

Thanks to all the parents who joined us last Sunday for the Parents Meeting! For those who could not attend, check out our overview of Winter/spring programs and areas that we need your help.
During the meeting, we discussed 3 new groups that provide opportunities for parents to become more involved in the planning, visioning, and communal life at St. Mark's:
1) Monthly Parents Group: Join other St. Mark's parents for a monthly dinner and conversation in a spiritual community about the triumphs, challenges, and lessons learned in family life.
2) Youth Activities Board: Join this group of passionate parents and parishioners that meet monthly to help plan, organize, and execute the wonderful events and programs that make up our Youth and Family Ministry.
3) Sunday School Planning Group: This monthly group is taking on the task of assessing the Sunday School program in an effort to create a more intentionally connected picture of educational goals for our children's spiritual journey from age 0-18. We are looking for parents and parishioners who are passionate about Christian Education at St. Mark's and those who are new to our community to offer fresh insight.

NEW Teen Choir!
Rehearsal 11am, Sundays
We have an exciting new opportunity for preteens and teens to sing together! The ensemble will be open to kids in 8th grade or above. The choir will rehearse approximately every other Sunday from 11:00-11:45am in the Music Studio (just at the bottom of the stairs in the undercroft, to the right).

February 21: Junior High Service Trip Interest Meeting
After Sunday School on 2/21, all rising 6th-8th grade youth (current 5th-7th graders) and their parents are invited to attend an interest meeting for this Summer's Junior High Service Trip, 11am in the Adams Room. We will be keeping it local, spending the week of July 10 serving in D.C. Join us on the 21st for some initial information! |

March 12-13: Middle School Lock-In!
Calling all Middle School Youth! Join us for a fun overnight experience in our very own church building! We will play tones of games, eat lots of food, and stay up too late. Our theme for the weekend will be "Telling Stories." You don't want to miss it!
We will meet at St. Mark's at 6:30pm on March 12 and wrap the weekend up after 10am worship the following morning, March 13.
