This Week: Sunday School and 9am Family Service!
Sunday School is finally back! As we return to a 9am, 11am, and 5pm service model, Sunday School returns as well--10am in the undercroft. If you missed the open house, fear not! There will be plenty of folks on hand to welcome you and direct you to your class. And don't forget those Sunday School Registration Forms! We will have some on hand, or you can download them here.

It will also be the second Sunday of the month, so that means our Second Sunday Family Service returns at 9am, as well! Join us for a more child-friendly worship experience to start the new Sunday School Year off right.

Children's Chapel for the 9am service will resume on October 18.

Sign up for Text Reminders!

St. Mark's Youth and Family Ministries Program will be using the messaging tool "Remind" to communicate weekly information, event changes, and important updates to youth and families (i.e. nursery closings, registration due dates, program reminders, etc.).

"Remind" is a free, safe, and simple messaging service often used by teachers. It keeps all your personal information private. You will never see another parent or youth's phone number and they will never see yours. Learn more about this service here.

To subscribe, simply text your group's phrase listed on the table to the left to 81010. And don't hesitate to contact Caroline with questions/concerns.
Middle School Day Retreat: October 24!

Don't forget to register for our Middle School Day Retreat to Corn Maze in The Plains on Saturday, October 24! We have a great day planned packed with fun fall festivities.
Registration will close on October 19 so be sure to reserve your spot ASAP:

Middle School Day Retreat

Light the Night Walk: October 17

You still have time to register for Team Henry and join us in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. While we are participating in the walk as representatives of St. Mark's, we are doing so through Team Henry and thus must register individually with his team here.

Once you register, you will receive instructions on how to fund raise. We are each encouraged to raise at least $100 to become a "Champion for Cures". At that amount, you will receive a Light the Night t-shirt, a lantern for the walk, and access to food at the event. Click here for more detailed information, a schedule of events for the evening, and a map of the walk.

I still have a few Team Henry t-shirts available at $8 each. I will be distributing them in the undercroft this Sunday morning. Let me know if you have any questions/concerns and/or would like to reserve a shit: caroline.mcreynoldsadams@stmarks.net
