Patient Photography Exhibition, Reflections, receives encore show at Downtown Library
In conjunction with Jacksonville's first Friday Art Walk, Reflections, our patient photography show will be featured at the Jacksonville Main Library beginning March 5th through April. News from the Heart

Art with a Heart begins partnership with Kids Together Against Cancer

  

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Kids Together Against Cancer (KTAC), a program offering support to children and their families during a parent's cancer journey. Art with a Heart artist Kelly DeSousa and a team of dedicated social workers provide art activities developed to allow children to share their feelings in a comforting and positive environment. We look forward to sharing some of the art created in these very special sessions. For more information about KTAC please visit their website HERE.

Recycled Jewelry Drive 

 

Art with a Heart is running a drive for any broken or old costume jewelry.  Anything we can re-purpose will be used for our popular jewelry making sessions.  Patients so welcome your donations. 

 

Donations can be made directly to the Auxiliary offices at Wolfson Children's Hospital or can be mailed to Art with a Heart's Office at 841 Prudential Drive Suite 150 Jacksonville, Fl  32207. 

Visiting Artist Series
Our patients always enjoy the unique art projects inspired by giving artists from our community.
Cheryl Borja shared how to create a star shaped lighted ornament using tissue and balsa wood.
     
Francesca shared the art of collage with our patients.

Bob Drost brought his sense of humor and caricature skills to brighten the spirits of our patients.
