On behalf of my colleagues at the WTCA Headquarters, I would like to thank everyone for their participation in the 2012 WTCA CIFIT program held from September 7-10 in Xiamen, China.    

WTCA milestone reached - WTC Taipei receives best practices in eight certification categories

Six WTCs participated in the WTCA certification process in 2012, each undergoing an extensive evaluation of services and facilities in accordance with WTCA's global benchmarks for excellence.
