Many of our WTCA members have met you over the years at various WTCA meetings. How did you become involved with the WTCA?
I first got involved in the mid-1990's, when the firm I worked for, Sirota Survey Intelligence, was asked to deliver a workshop on service quality in Sintra, Portugal, for the members of the WTCA Committee on Standards, Quality and Reciprocity.
