OSLC's mission strategy to become a BRIDGE between the church and the community is taking one giant leap forward this month. Faith in Action is giving West Campus a much needed face lift so that we can use it for community outreach. Once refreshed, the building will be used to offer job search training, computer proficiency classes, and organized community action throughout the area. 

The biggest need for this project is PAINTERS. The second biggest need is EVERYTHING ELSE.  No one will be turned away :)

The Car Shop will be up and running as usual. If you can help with oil changes, diagnostics, and minor repairs, email Don. No experience necessary.  Our certified mechanics will teach the skills needed to get the job done.

Margie Heinz and her Wanna Be Green Thumbs will be doing odd jobs to get the garden ready for next spring. Let her know if you can help with fencing and composting.

Faith in Action is a great way to minister to people and build relationships. If you would like tag along with the work crews as an ambassador, that would be GREAT!! Meet the people we serve, engage in friendly conversation, and see what happens. Jesus is already there and invites you to join Him.
