Frank G. Clement Golf Course
Located inside Montgomery Bell State Park, this course features an 18-hole course, par 71. Play amongst deer  and wildlife. The course was built in 1973 and then redesigned by designer Gary Roger Baird in 1988. In previous years, Golf Digest has recognized Montgomery Bell as one of the "Top 100 Public Course to Play". Hole #2, a 446 yards long par 5 is the Signature hole. This beautiful hole has fairways lined with hardwood trees and the green protected by four bunkers. The course can stretch from 4961 yards to 6146 yards. The entire course is heavily wooded and features an abundance of wildlife such as deer, geese and wild turkey. GreyStone Golf Club

Designed by PGA Tour pro Mark McCumber, GreyStone Golf Club offers a challenging yet fun round of golf to competitors of all skill levels. Located in historic Dickson, the golf course is a short drive from Nashville and is easily accessible from throughout Middle Tennessee. Pine Hills Golf Club

 

Established in 1927, this nine hole golf course was revamped in April 2003 to become the tranquil 18 hole course it is today. The course offers bent grass greens, Bermuda fairways and roughs, ratings from 69.2 to 72.1, slopes starting at 125, and boasts serene Dickson County views. This tough, yet handicap friendly course has helped make some of Dickson County's finest golfers, some of whom have gone on to play at the college level. Golf is a family sport, teaching life-enhancing values and Pine Hills Golf Club makes it their goal to be "Dickson's best family value". The course is open every day from daylight to dusk. Industry Appreciation Golf Tournament

golf-club.jpg The Industry Appreciation Golf Tournament has been rescheduled for Friday, June 27 at GreyStone Golf Club. Breakfast begins at 7 a.m. and morning tee time is 8 a.m. Lunch will be served at 11 a.m. and afternoon tee time is Noon. Reception will follow.

RIBBON CUTTING

Little Lambs Christian Learning Center located at 3523 Highway 70 West in Dickson, TN has open enrollment for children 30 months to five years of age. We are a Christ Centered Bible based child development center that prepares your children for life and beginning school. We believe that children are a gift from God and deserve to be treated with love, respect and dignity while providing a safe, healthy, protected learning environment. All classrooms and play areas are covered with closed circuit cameras for security and safety. Little Lambs Christian Learning Center will be using the Abeka curriculum for children 3-5. A deposit of $25.00 per child is required to hold your child's place on enrollment while application is being made.

 

Center hours are Monday through Friday 6:30 AM until 5:30 PM. Lunch and two snacks per day will be served meeting the standards of the Department of Children's Services. Make an appointment today to tour our facility and meet the director, Rosemary Wallace.

Drug Free Dickson Coalition Meetings

Dickson County Craig Morgan Foundation 8th Annual Charity Ride & Concert

The Dickson County Craig Morgan Foundation's 8th Annual Charity Ride & Concert will kick-off at 8a.m. on Sunday, July 20. The morning will start with an autograph session with celebrity riders, followed by a trail riding exhibition from top motocross competitors, a group trail ride and lunch. That evening, Craig and country music friends will be on stage at the War Memorial Building for an outdoor concert. A live and silent auction will also take place at the concert. All proceeds from the events will benefit the Dickson County Craig Morgan Foundation.

At Relay For Life events, communities across the globe come together to honor cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that has already taken too much. The funds you raise truly make a difference in the fight against cancer - just ask one of the nearly 14 million cancer survivors who will celebrate another birthday this year! Because cancer never sleeps, each team is asked to have at least one participant on the track at all times.
