REMINDER: Learn more about upcoming improvements along the DNT on Oct. 8
Local business owners and managers are invited to learn more about upcoming improvement projects along the Dallas North Tollway from President George Bush Turnpike to Interstate 635 and give input from 2-4 p.m. Oct. 8 in the NTTA Boardroom, 5900 W. Plano Parkway in Plano.
The meeting will be held in an open house (come-and-go) format.
Improvements on the DNT include the addition of a fourth lane within the existing right of way in each direction between PGBT and Belt Line Road. Additional work will include restriping, pavement surface overlay, and the relocation of existing light poles from the center median barrier to the outside shoulders.
NTTA staff will be on hand at the open house to answer questions about the planned improvements. Detailed maps will be on display at the meeting. Parking will be available near the NTTA Boardroom with directional signs posted on where to park.
Design work is currently underway, with construction scheduled to begin next year. Community meetings on the improvements from the Bush Turnpike to I-635 will take place in the future.

NTTA launches "At Your Service"
Appointment service pilot program adds customer convenience
Have a question about a ZipCash bill or TollTag Account? With NTTA's new "At Your Service" program, you can schedule an appointment with a customer service representative in advance.
At Your Service is the latest in a series of customer service enhancements at NTTA. Under this six-month pilot program, customers may make appointments for in-person assistance at the NTTA Plano or Fort Worth TollTag stores Monday-Friday or schedule a phone call from customer service. Appointment services include opening a new TollTag account, managing an existing TollTag account and paying a ZipCash bill.
Setting up an appointment only takes a few clicks, and customers can cancel or modify their reservation at any time. The At Your Service booking system is also mobile-friendly, allowing customers to make appointments from a smart phone or tablet. |
