Chisholm Trail Parkway is a 27.6-mile toll road that extends from Tarrant County to Johnson County, from downtown Fort Worth at Interstate 30 to U.S. 67 in Cleburne. The road opened to traffic on May 11, 2014.

Adjacent to the CTP, the Texas Department of Transportation is building access improvements to I-20/State Highway 183 (Southwest Boulevard) which is referred to as Section 3A.

Some construction items and landscaping work on CTP by NTTA crews may continue into 2015. Project updates will continue to be provided in this newsletter.

All lanes of westbound I-30 to close Feb. 9-14; Left lane of eastbound I-30 closed Feb. 12-14

The following closures will take place on Interstate 30 between Summit Avenue and Forest Park Boulevard near downtown Fort Worth:

● All lanes of westbound I-30 will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9, through the morning of Saturday, Feb. 14.

● The left lane of eastbound I-30 will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 12,through the morning of Saturday, Feb. 14.

Westbound detour: Traffic will be directed to exit at Summit Avenue and then continue on the westbound I-30 frontage road. Motorists will be able to re-enter I-30 after Forest Park Boulevard.

Note: All entrance and exit ramps will remain open.

All closures are subject to weather conditions and will be postponed, if necessary.
