The Arbeter Ring (Workmen's Circle) Seder

Immigration Rights

20 Nisan 5773 Passover Seder

Sunday, March 31, 2013, 1 pm

1525 S. Robertson Blvd.

Our annual Arbeter Ring Seder is a beautiful celebration of our heritage and culture. We sing of the hidden Jews of Spain during the Inquisition, the martyrs and heroes of the ghettos of Poland, the Jews of Soviet Russia, the seekers of global peace and all champions of liberation and immigrant rights.

This year's seder theme, Immigration Rights, focuses on a clear path to citizenship, keeping families together, and welcoming the oppressed of the world.

Our annual Seder embodies the Workmen's Circle tradition of connecting our heritage with the human struggle for freedom from the Pharoahs of our modern-day world. Our Seder is an experience of inclusion and diversity, part of our commitment to being a progressive Jewish alternative in Southern California. Non-Jewish friends and family are always welcome.

Our program is in English, with group participation.

Songs are in English, Yiddish and Hebrew.
