"EARLY PLEASURES" BY FREDERICK KOHNER, AUTHOR OF "GIDGET" AT VILLAGE BOOKSTORE, 1049 SWARTHMORE AVENUE PACIFIC PALISADES, CA 90272: Early Pleasures is a fictionalization of Frederick Kohner's adolescent sexual discoveries in the years following World War I. His daughter, Kathy Kohner Zuckerman (who is married to our District Committee member Marvin Zuckerman) was the real-life model for Kohner's "Gidget."
