Cracked and falling brown and yellow tiles and a claustrophobic layout made for a miserable family bath.
SOLUTION:
A new layout and all new vintage style materials resulted in a new Montclair bathroom that my client Jody Suden said "makes me so happy!" Houzz called this project "a great example of what collaborating with a professional designer can yield."

Inspiration ~
WOW! I love the exuberance and energy of this! Since 2008, gallery owner and collector Natalie Seroussi has invited an artist to interact with the Villa Bloc, an architectural landmark designed in the 1950s by French sculptor André Bloc. This year she invited architect and artist Didier Faustino who installed 'this is not a love song' to the exterior facade, 'nowhere somewhere', a light installation within its interior and 'trust me', a soundscape of whispering voices that echos and reverberates throughout the space. Minor repairs make a big difference!
Fix leaky toilets.
A leaky toilet can waste up to 600 gallons of water per month! If you can't tell if it's leaking, put several drops of food coloring into the tank. If the color makes its way into the bowl, the toilet is leaking.
Repair dripping faucets.
If your faucet is dripping at a rate of one drop per second you will waste 2,700 gallons of water per year.
