Blue Kitchen Remodel ~
project of the month

I often get asked "Should I take down the wall between my kitchen and dining room?" Most often I say - YES! This trend in kitchen design reflects the more informal lifestyle of families today and recognizes that we want to cook, eat and hangout in our kitchens. As you can see in the before and after floor plan below, opening up the space improves the flow and connection between the 2 rooms.

See photos of the completed kitchen here: saturated teal blue walls, white cabinets, glass and stone mosaic tile.

Blue stained glass window
I'm going with a full on BLUE theme this month.... I love this window and especially the backlit cobalt blue. Delicious!
