Greetings!
Happy New Year! We hope that you are as thrilled as we are to welcome the New Year. We started 2013 at our newly acquired office building and we couldn't have hoped for a better start. To make things even better, we have been very privileged to receive the support from our friends, family, customers, and community in general for our Indiegogo campaign: Taking Back Our Home. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL! If you allowed your name for the contribution to be public, please check out our site were we are giving you a big and public THANK YOU! The new building will allow us to expand coverage for new customers and neighborhoods, and to provide better service to existing customers. Further, it accommodates the full and part-time staff the company has added in the last two years. We are now reaching the final stretch of our campaign, which ends Tuesday January 22 at midnight. We have great perks you can claim for your contribution: from a couple of Hill-Styled-Only Meet and Greet events with Tommy Wells and Robert Pohl, a wine tasting with Schneider's of Capitol Hill for two, to a special guided tour of the Congressional Cemetery. Check it out!

Have you met our team?
As we add new products and services, we have also added new members to our team. Our main objective is to ensure that as we grow, we maintain the quality of service our customers have come to expect. Here is a short summary of who we are and what we do:
Tony, born and raised in Washington, DC, is an expert at installing Internet and TV for residential single-family homes and small businesses. He has been with us since 2010 and loves to go fishing.
Juan Pablo is an expert at getting the equipment configured and he performs our residential installs at multi-family buildings. His experience makes him the tier 1 support for all Internet and network issues for all residents and small businesses. Originally from Colombia, Juan Pablo is still attending school.
Matt, as you probably know, is a founding partner. He is responsible for all technical matters within the business, network expansion and tech employees. What you probably didn't know is that Matt comes from a family of horsemen - they race harness horses full-time!
Martha, also a founding partner, is responsible for all operational matters within the business. Her duties include marketing, customer service, accounts receivable and payable, human resources and office matters. However, you might know her better for the fantastic job she does supporting all customers for email setup issues. She enjoys photography and stays fit by running, doing yoga or whatever new thing is coming to the neighborhood!
