Dear Friends,
May is a magical month..purple jacaranda trees blooming, delphiniums, foxglove, daises, feverfew, snapdragons, sunflowers...and rain! All the vegetables in the ground are plump and sweet and then to top things off, this little hummingbird flew into a window stunning itself. I thought it was a goner, and lo and behold, after I got to hold it, it revived and flew off. Miracles do happen!
This week for berries we have raspberries and blueberries. The season was a little late and it's a good time to stock up and freeze, shop the Green Store to have for later.
