Dear Friends,
Nope, not a photo of our flowers, although our two pet goats give us as much pleasure as our spring flowers do. We take them on walks with the Corgi's and they're enjoying the last of the spring grasses before they turn brown.
This week I'd like to encourage you to order "Fava" beans from the Green Store to add to your deliveries. These were grown by the son of one of our shareholders and I think it's safe to say we all would like to think there is a future for anyone willing to take on the task of being a food producer for next generations. Fava beans are delicious, nutritious, and large in the pod making for easy shelling. They're good raw in salads, steamed or in soups and stews..
Have you someone you'd like to make happy with a bouquet of flowers? We have extra right now and you can add to your regular delivery and give them yourself or we can deliver them for you (if in our normal areas), note included, for $25.00 (delivery charge included). 'Make someone's day'.
