Good for all kinds of 'greens'
Wash and chop greens. In a large sauce pan over medium heat 2 t coconut butter and a little butter with 1/4 t hot dried peppers. Add garlic if you'd like. Add 1/2 c vegetable consume and splash or two of Bragg's Amino Acids. Add greens, cover and steam for about 5 minutes. Lift lid ,stir and cover again for another 5 minutes. Greens should be wilted but not soggy. Some like to add balsamic vinegar before serving. In the old days, people would have cooked greens every day. Now it's a novelty.

I love doing this dish as no one can guess the ingredients!
Potatoes, turnips and apples
(About equal amounts depending on how many to serve)
Peel and chop the 3 ingredients. Simmer in vegetable consume until tender. Drain broth and set aside. Mash ingredients, adding broth for desired consistency, butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Easy and delicious.

Oh, and salad burnett is the little bunch of greens that look a little like cilantro but have a mild cucumber flavor. Excellent in sandwiches, tacos, or in a salad.
