Dear Friends,
How absolutely lovely to have the fog back this morning. Dew was dripping from the trees, shrubs and roof tops. I could imagine the millions of stomata (plant pores) that were opening up and taking a drink. Sometimes even a dollop of water makes a difference!
Our summer dried beans have all been harvested. We've included two kinds for this week: baby limas and black beans. Did you know where and what in the grocery store are the 'cheapest' and most nutrient packed items? Yep, dried beans on the bottom shelves.
