Dear Friends, Point of business first. Again, with the upcoming holidays, our normal schedule has to be rearranged. The week of the 23rd, we will be delivering Wednesday's on Monday and Thursday's on the 24th. Same schedule again for 30th and 31st. Now I know this is not terribly convenient for some of you, and frankly, it's not for us either however, it is what it is. If some of you kind hearted souls would like to skip your delivery and donate to the farm, truly, it will be much appreciated to all the staff.
Most all of your ingredients this week should be familiar friends with possibly the exception of either bok choi or tat soi.
