Fall is definitely upon us and like perhaps some of you, the time change throws my internal clock wacky. Awake at 3:30 this morning, although an early riser, it was too early to start the day. The roosters however, didn't receive the notice of the clock change so sounded off at their regular time, 3:30am!
Having learned by experience that unidentified 'green' things in the deliveries puts people off, here are some ideas for your fennel, French sorrel, kale and turnip greens:
