Dear Friends,
A couple of reminders for our shareholders...
We occasionally run short of an item and make a substitution so if you think you're missing anything, please check to see if something not on the list is included in your delivery. Also, it's prime vacation time and please be reminded we need a week's notice to skip a delivery. We've changed our policy about skipping, meaning we abruptly lose that needed income for the week and we're only asking for a 7 day notice.
This coming Saturday, August 3rd, we are hosting a tour here at the farm on Monarch Butterflies and the Three Sisters growing technique. The Three Sisters are classically corn, beans, and winter squash all in the same bed. Our planting this year has done exceptionally well and look forward to sharing the method with fellow gardeners, or want to be's.
