I'm sure you've heard many times "You are what you eat" and this quote above truly highlights that it's true..the earth and genetic information in the seed or transplant work together to share microbes' and nutrients that go directly to your food..where and how your food is grown really does matter..
Claytonia in your bag might stump you..we've grown it for years. Also known as Miner's Lettuce, it was found along stream beds by the California gold seekers as a welcome first sign of spring, giving most welcomed taste and vitamins. It's delicious as a raw side green alone, in salads or as a juicing ingredient.
Next item that might give you a little trouble is your bok choy (last week of it for awhile)..here are some links for suggestions:
