Dear Chamber Members:
After months of planning, scheduling, publicizing, lugging, tugging, posting, worrying, stressing, both the Sidewalk Sale and Let Loose on Lincoln were pretty close to perfect.
Summer began on Friday, July 17th, just in time for this year's Sidewalk Sale. Foot traffic seemed to be quieter than usual. Merchants reported that sales numbers were respectable.
An enormous thank you to the 2015 Sidewalk Sale Partners; Elliebee the Clown, New Trier Republicans, The Private Bank, Phototronics, and all of our 2015 Platinum Members(@properties, A. Perry Homes, American Vintage Home, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Cars, City Kids Dental, Conlon Christies, Illinois Bone & Joint, John Q. Cook M.D. Whole Beauty Institute, Stormy's Tavern and Grille, Taste on Chestnut, Daily Herald Media, The Grand Food Center, The Hudson Company and The Village of Winnetka). The backing from these key individuals, organizations and businesses enabled us to present another successful Premier Sidewalk Sale on the North Shore. We thank you for your patronage.
