Dear Central Community, please mark your calendars:
- Wednesday, October 8: Early dismissal. Professional development for teachers. 12:02 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 8: Home & School Association meeting. Light refreshments provided. First time attendees are greatly welcome and encouraged to participate as we strive to keep our school excellent. Central's President, Mr. McKenna, will provide a current update and plans for the future and will answer questions. This is where you can meet other families and the Executive Board. Freshman families take note: information will be provided on how you can serve as a 277 Parent Representative. Spain Conference Center, 6:30 p.m.
- Thursday, October 9: Parent volunteers needed in the main office everyday and especially in the afternoons to answer telephones, take messages, sort mail, etc. Help support our educators and keep Central strong. Schedule a time or times at SignUpGenius.
- Friday, October 10: Robotics parent meeting. 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Monday, October 13: Columbus Day. School Closed.

Wednesday, October 15: PSAT testing for 9th, 10th & 11th grades. $15 fee.

Saturday, October 18: Robolancers Book Drive ends. Their goal is to exceed 900 pounds.

Wednesday, October 22: Freshman Tea. Get to meet the 277 Class! Parent volunteers are needed for set-up before school and to serve at the refreshment tables. Parents we also need you to bring/send baked goods (homemade or store bought). 7:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
