I hope that this note finds you all doing very well and getting in your share of turns on the ski slopes. The ski season has been good, mostly because the early snow has held up nicely. However, it has been very warm for most of February without much in the way of new snow. The slopes are getting rather thin at this point. We are hoping for spring storms to help extend the ski season. 
 
The real estate market has been strong for the first two months of the year. Demand continues to be strong and inventories are holding up but shrinking. The single family home and the condo markets are both very strong. Primary residents are continuing to move into the area and empty nesters are purchasing second homes. Single family lots are becoming more and more difficult to find. There are only a few fill in lots within the Park City limits to choose from. Most of the activity for vacant lots is taking place in the county neighborhoods just outside of town and in golf communities such as Promontory and Red Ledges. 

The real estate market continues to do very well in comparison to other ski resort markets. Please see reports below for more specific detail.
