Happy New Year!  We hope you all enjoyed the Christmas holidays with family and friends. Now, the New Year is upon us,  have you set some goals to achieve this year?

One of my goals is to provide you with monthly installments of information pertaining to the exciting wine region we will be visiting in less than 280 days!  By now, you will have received two chapters relating to French wine Labels and some history of the Bordeaux Region.  Click on the link at the bottom of this page for the third chapter discussing the geography and soils so important to wine making in Bordeaux.


We invite you all to attend a special information evening about our trip.  The Western Canada Representative from Viking River Cruises is our Special Guest, Kim Lucy.  She's had years of experience with cruising and will be answering all your questions along with showing us a visual presentation of what to expect.  Also, Rick MacSwain, Uniglobe One's Director of Groups & Corporate Travel will be joining us.

This meeting will be held at our store.  Yes, wine and snacks will be served!
