 Digital Inclusion Fund
You may have heard the exciting news that last week, Mayor Karl Dean, joined by representatives of Google Fiber, Comcast, the James Stephen Turner Family Foundation, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Dell, and The Community Foundation announced the launch of the Digital Inclusion Fund to close the digital divide in Nashville.
The Digital Inclusion Fund will provide internet access, computers, devices, training, and support to Nashville residents who don't have them now. More than forty percent of Metro students did not have access to computers or internet connectivity at home in 2012.
We appreciate your support for this new Fund, but please note that the Fund is in its infancy. We will notify you when we are ready for interested partners to apply for funding.
