Back by popular demand, The Good Lovelies will share their folk-pop sound with Lakesiders at 8:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6 in Hoover Auditorium.

Funny and upbeat with just a little sass, The Good Lovelies' three-part harmonies, constant instrument swap­ping and witty onstage banter have enlivened the folk music landscape.

Caroline Brooks, Kerri Ough and Sue Passmore came together as The Good Lovelies in 2006. Nine years later, the group's touring schedule is filled with performances around the world.
