Medavie Blue Cross replaces Pacific Blue Cross
Effective January 19, 2015, Medavie Blue Cross will begin processing all claims for Veterans Affairs Canada, the Canadian Armed Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
In the past, claims and customer inquiries in BC were subcontracted to Pacific Blue Cross.

EATI winds down
Here is a notice from EATI dated December 23:
"Unfortunately, EATI is winding down and is no longer handling any repairs to EATI funded equipment. The Ministry will now be responsible for handling any repairs.
Should EATI participants contact you for repairs to their EATI funded equipment, vendors are to contact the Ministry via email for instruction at sdsieati@gov.bc.ca. This email is for professional use only. Please do not give this contact out to participants/clients.
The EATI email and phone number will no longer be operational after December 31st."
If your clients have EATI funded equipment that needs repairs, contact SelfCare or pass on our contact details and we will contact the Ministry on their behalf. (SelfCare is an authorized vendor to the Ministry.)
