Seating - Jay Cover Changes: Jay Ion, Union & Fusion
 Sunrise has changed the cover on the Jay Ion, Jay Union and Jay Fusion cushion to a different design as they were having a few problems with reaction between the silver in the cover and certain oils. The new cover has lycra on the top and the silver is underneath with the spacer fabric. They are hoping that this will be more durable, but some of our clients may find that they slide on this new cover. The old covers are no longer shipped when a cover is ordered, but there might be a few left in stock if you wanted to make a request.

Ceiling Track Commendation
Thank you Meaghan for such a nice commendation:
"Just want to toss a great big bouquet to SelfCare Vancouver for the stellar job you did installing my new lift system in the bedroom and bathroom (a Maxi Sky 440 lift and two sets of Easy Track)! SelfCare showed professionalism and efficiency. They carefully pre-planned and pre-measured onsite, making sure all the needed components got ordered so there were no delays or surprises on installation day. On the big day itself, installer Nando and consultant Kimberly were punctual and got the job done within the time they promised. Because this is my first home automated lift system, I was particularly grateful that they took the time to explain the system, how it worked and pass on some basic safety tips. My new lift is still working beautifully--a testament to both a good product and SelfCare's proficiency. Any questions I've had have been met with prompt helpfulness from SelfCare. I know we live in a real world where the gremlins can and do run amok sometimes in dealings with our vendors. When it came to installing my lift system, other parties involved were dropping balls while SelfCare proved itself the one shining light--it did its job well and got it right on the first bounce. Good Luck to Trudy in Surrey
 Trudy has been a consistent, knowledgeable and important person in the North Shore store since February 9, 2000.
This Spring, Trudy will be moving to Surrey to manage the Surrey store as it moves to a new location with a new, large showroom.
We wouldn't want to make this change without giving the North Shore health care professionals who have worked with Trudy the opportunity to wish her well.
