• Please return the bottom portion of the information letter that went home with your student. This is acknowledging you received it. Click HERE if you need to print another copy.
• We are asking for a $15 cash donation, per student, to help with the cost of the book. Please submit cash donation by Friday, March 20th. You can submit this with the acknowledgement form to the office or your child's classroom.
• Photos, photos and more photos! These need to be submitted by Friday, March 20th to be considered. You can upload the pictures to the Strandwood Elementary 2014-2015 5th Grade Yearbook Shutterfly website. The site URL can be found HERE.
• You can also turn in hard copies of the photos to the envelopes in each classroom or to the office.
• If you would like to include a dedication to your child in the YEARBOOK, please submit this to Stacey Mattos via email: t.mattos@sbcglobal.net. Dedications are $5 cash and are due by Friday, March 20th.
• 5th grade student YEARBOOK cover design contest. Submissions due by Friday, March 20th.  For details see the information page by clicking HERE.
• All 5th graders need to fill out and return the student survey. This needs to be completed by Friday, March 20th. Click HERE to print another copy.
