PTA Meeting TONIGHT!

All orders must be received by Friday, November 14th (see your child's communication folders for order form, drop by the office to pick one up, or print one HERE). Fall Fundraiser Pickup is Friday, 11/14

Each student's family is responsible for picking up their Fall Fundraiser items in front of the MUR between 3:30pm and 6:30pm on Friday, November 14th. If you are unable to do so an need to make special arrangements, please email Ashely Rinn at ashleyrinn@gmail.com.

Prefer to have your items delivered to your home? Cost is $10 per family and proceeds benefit 2015 Outdoor Ed students. Please click HERE for the delivery request form and drop it in the PTA basket in the school office no later than Friday, November 7th. Payment MUST accompany the form. Checks can be made payable to Strandwood PTA.

Free Family Movie Night

11/14/14

Strandwood students and families are invited to watch Mr. Peabody & Sherman at the upcoming FREE Family Movie Night on November 14th at 6:30 in the MUR. Please bring a blanket, pillow or low chair so that everyone will be able to see. Please bring snacks and drinks.

If you are free to help for ½ hour with setup and cleanup, please indicate so in your reservation. This is open to the first 200 people who sign up HERE.

***NO DROP OFFS!! - Kids must be with a parent/guardian at all times.***

Nutcracker Dressing Room Parents Needed!

Thank you to those who have already volunteered to be dressing room parents! We are working on your assignments. However...we are still in need of about 35-40 parents to help with any or all shows.

To be sure we don't assign you a performance or rehearsal day that interferes with your child's show, please RSVP to lauramahay@att.net or vooriesclaire@yahoo.com and tell us which performances and/or rehearsals you are able to work:

Show 1, dress rehearsal, Friday 12/5

Show 2, dress rehearsal, Thursday 12/4

Show 3, dress rehearsal, Tuesday 12/2

All dress rehearsals for parents run from 9-11:10am. Our dressing room parent meeting is next Thursday Nov. 13, 6-8pm in the MUR. This is a fun and easy way to help out with this wonderful annual production!!
