Read and Dream Logs Due Tomorrow!

This month's Read and Dream logs are due tomorrow, September 26th. Please have your completed logs turned in to your child's teacher or the dedicated box in the office by 3pm. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work! 

  

Room Parent Meeting Today
There will be a short informational meeting at 3pm in the library today after school. All parents that signed up at Back to School Night to be head room parents should attend. The meeting will begin promptly at 3 and last no more than 20 minutes. Come get your room parent binders, and find out just what a room parent does to make Strandwood a better place. Should you have any questions or you're unable to attend please contact Cyndy at giffordpalermo@yahoo.com.

 

Attention 4th Grade Parents

There will be a meeting on Tuesday, September 30th, to discuss the fundraising efforts for the Outdoor Education trip that our 4th grade students will take in the Fall of 2015. 

 

Fundraising is imperative in order to bring down the cost per student for this trip. We are asking that at least one parent per student attend this meeting as we do need as much parent assistance as possible in order to raise funds.

 

Where:  Strandwood Multi-Use Room
When:  Tuesday, September 30th
Time:  7pm - 8pm
Deadline for Student Directory is Tomorrow!
You must submit your information ONLINE to have your child(ren) included in the Strandwood Student Directory by tomorrow, September 26th.

Click here and fill out the online form for each child you would like to include, even if they were in the directory last year. You will only be included if you check the "yes" box authorizing the information to be included in the directory.

You can also promote your business in the Strandwood Student Directory! We will print a business card in the directory for $25; a half-page ad is $75, and a full-page is $150. Contact Laura Cutilletta at avpcomm@strandwoodpta.org for more information.
