We are in desparate need for Nutcracker Dressing Room Volunteers this year!

 

Our current list of DRP Volunteers contains only 27 names. Last year we had over 60. A few valuable parents have moved on to other roles within the Nutcracker. If you would like to help in the dressing rooms or if you have a friend you would like to share the duties with, please contact us immediately at nutcracker@strandwood.org. Fingerprints and TB tests must be up to date and on file no later than December 1st (if not already on file).  

 

DRP Time Committment & Duties:

 

- Must be able to attend the Dress Rehearsal for the show you are volunteering for (Dress Rehearsals take place during school hours on 12/3, 12/5 & 12/6). You would need to be there by 9:30am. Dress Rehearsals end by 11am sharp.

- Must attend Performance Day show on 12/7 .

- Duties include helping performers with their makeup, making sure costumes are all set and helping performers get to/from the stage along with Runners' assistance.

- Must help with keeping kids busy in the classroom (dressing room) while they wait for their turn to perform and until show is over (once their performance is over).
