Tickets on Sale Don't miss out on the best night of the year for parents at Strandwood!! It will be a great evening of fun at the Contra Costa Country Club. Please get your tickets quickly, as they do sell out. If you purchase before February 19th you will get the early bird price of $60. There are two ways to purchase: online at www.strandwood.org or by returning your ticket order form that was sent home last week. Please contact Jessie Thomas with any questions.
Bidding Starts FRIDAY Please check out our fabulous online auction at www.biddingforgood.com/strandwood for all of our Strandwood-only items, Teacher Experiences and Class Projects. We are also offering a great variety of sports items, travel outings, restaurants and fun family excursions. Note that this is the ONLY place to purchase the Teacher Experiences and the popular Strandwood items, like parking spots, Kinder Spring Sing seats, 5th Grade promotion seats, etc. Log on now and create your user profile, start selecting your favorite items, and share with friends!! The top referrer will win a gift card, so pass along the auction site! Reserved Seating This year, the auction will be a sit-down dining experience. The seating will be on a first come basis and there will be no assigned seating. If you would like to be guaranteed a seat with your friends you have the opportunity to buy a "Reserved Table" for the price of $250. You will pick the 10 people that will be at your table and we will have your seats ready for you whenever your arrive. No need to rush to grab a seat. The reserved table will be closest to the stage and the MC for the best seats in the house! Reserved tables do NOT include the price of the ticket to the event. All guests of the table need to have a ticket.
Calling all Chefs! Are you a gourmet cook in hiding? Want to share your talents with Strandwood? We are looking for a few more people to host a dinner for our very popular Culinary Delights live auction winner. Cooks will provide a dinner for 8; complete with appetizer, main dish, side and dessert to our lucky winner. It's fun to go in on your cooking venture with another family as well! The cooks that participate will have the chance to win "Top Chef" honors, as the recipients of the meals choose their favorite, most unique meal and award the "Top Chef" with a gift certificate to the restaurant of their choosing.
