The Nutcracker Committee is looking for leaders to take on key, strategic positions within the committee. All are invited to attend our committee meeting TODAY to discuss the future of this beloved program. We will be meeting this morning, January 31st @ 8:15am - 9:00am in the library. Please join us!

Girls on the Run Deadline

The deadline to register is tomorrow, Friday, February 1st. Girls on the Run is a non-competitive, curriculum-based running program dedicated to educating and building confidence in girls in grades 3 - 5. You don't have to love running to get moving, play games and build your fitness! Sign up today and join us on February 25th for our first session.
Enrollment is first come, first served online at www.gotrbayarea.org. The 20 week series is $150/girl and scholarships are available. The girls will meet on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:00 pm - 4:15 pm at Strandwood. Hope to see you there! See the flyer or go online for more information.

Jump For Heart Spirit Day Tomorrow

Remember to have your child(ren) wear red tomorrow, Friday, February 1st, to show support for Jump for Heart! Jump for Heart Week starts February 12th. During the week of the 12th our students will be educated on the importance of heart health while having a great time jumping rope! Students will have the opportunity to raise funds for the American Heart Association during Jump for Heart Week. More details on the program will be provided next week.
