HSGD announced a center-wide campaign that began in February with the tagline, Head Start Works! As a platform for centers to advocate on behalf of their individual programs, creative video submissions of 45 seconds were uploaded to our Facebook page for everyone to cast their vote on the most creative submission! The center with the most likes won two center-wide prizes! Participation and enthusiasm were at an all-time high up until the final seconds of the deadline! The campaign received over 1500 new likes, national recognition from the National Head Start Association, countless shares, and a post reach of over 35,000 and in only 5 days!
Early Head Start at Jeanie's Place won the campaign and received catered lunch of their choosing as well as personalized spring themed totes for the entire staff! Great job to all the center and congratulations to Early Head Start at Jeanie's Place!!! |
