Bradford youth visit Washington National Cathedral
|
● A Message from Canon Connor Gwin: We welcomed six youth and two chaperones from the Bradford area of England on Sunday. After two days touring Washington DC, we headed to Staunton. So far we've worshiped at Trinity Episcopal Church, explored downtown, taken in Shakespeare at the Blackfriars Playhouse, and traveled to Charlottesville to tour Monticello. Next stops include Lexington, Lynchburg, Blacksburg, Bristol, and Roanoke! The Brits are exhausted (we walked twelve miles on Monday in DC) but loving America. Please keep us in your prayers as we crisscross our beautiful diocese! God's Peace, Canon Connor
● Group Life Insurance for Clergy and Lay: Many parishes have already returned the Group Life Open Enrollment forms in advance of the August 1 deadline. If you have questions, please contact Kate Garcia.
